Photograph Policy

Photographs posted on this web site are in low resolution to save space. Large resolution photos use up more server space. The size we choose to display allows viewing by our visitors, however, it will not show all the intricate details of the subject.

Wherever possible, the Monon Railroad Historical-Technical Society will try and give proper photographer credit. It is just the right thing to do. Many photographers have shared their work with the Society and we do understand their desire to have proper credit given. When known, they will always receive the credit. However, in many cases, we have no information on who took the original photograph. In these instances we will credit it to a collection of who provided it to the Monon Society. If any visitor, or photographer, recognizes their work, or the work of a particular person, please contact the Webmaster, so proper photograph credit can be given.

If any photographer recognizes his, or her, work and would rather it not be displayed here, again, please advise the Webmaster and the photograph will be removed.
