Annual Meeting And Convention

 

Our annual conventions are held one weekend a year, in various locations along the former Monon Railroad. The 2010 convention is tentatively scheduled for:

The weekend generally has a common format.

Friday:

An informal Friday afternoon get together at a local restaurant. Registration for the activities and some scheduled activity. In most case convention attendees can browse over photographs and the Monon Society Archives.

Saturday:

Activities are set by the convention committee. This may include a tour, or special events in the area. Details will always be posted in advance.

Sunday:

The swap meet and the Annual Meeting of the Monon Railroad Historical-Technical Society, Inc.Dealer tables are set up.

These Conventions are a great place to meet other Society members and put faces to the name.
